Beam It is a light-bending puzzle game developed by Xyrexsis ("we", "us"), based in Singapore. This policy explains how Beam It handles your information.
The short version: Beam It collects no data. None.
1. Data We Collect
We do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share any data about you. Specifically, Beam It does not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, or any contact details)
- Account information - the app has no accounts or sign-in
- Usage data or analytics
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or fingerprints
- Location data
- Photos, contacts, microphone, camera, or any other device content
- Crash logs or diagnostics sent to us
2. The App Works Entirely Offline
Beam It makes no network connections of any kind. It does not connect to the internet, our servers (we run none for this app), or any third-party service. Everything the app does happens on your device.
3. Game Progress Is Stored on Your Device Only
Your level progress (which stages and levels you have completed) is saved locally on your device using Apple's standard app storage. This information:
- never leaves your device;
- is not accessible to us or to anyone else;
- is deleted automatically when you delete the app.
4. Third-Party Services
Beam It contains no third-party software development kits (SDKs), no advertising networks, no analytics tools, and no tracking technologies of any kind.
5. Advertising
Beam It currently displays no advertisements. If a future version of the app introduces advertising, this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the App Store privacy label will be revised accordingly.
6. Children's Privacy
Beam It is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), by the simplest possible means: collecting nothing at all.
7. Data Security
Since no data is collected or transmitted, there is no personal data held by us that could be lost, breached, or misused. Your local game progress is protected by your device's own security.
8. Your Rights
Under privacy laws such as Singapore's PDPA and the EU's GDPR, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held about you. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct, or erase - but you are welcome to contact us with any questions, and we will respond.
9. Changes to This Policy
If Beam It's privacy practices ever change - for example, if a future update adds advertising or online features - we will update this policy, revise the "Last updated" date above, and reflect the changes in the app's App Store privacy details before the update ships.
